Bideford 10 Mile 2018 in memory of Andy Watts (Wattsy)
04 November 2018
Possibly the fastest 10 Miler in Devon!
Our 2018 Bideford 10 Mile Race will be in memory of Andy Watts (Wattsy), a long term Blues member who sadly passed away in September. Please join us before the start of the race for a one minute applause to celebrate his memory.
The course is a combination of road and track taking runners along Instow seafront with its magnificent views of the Taw and Torridge estuary into Yelland and returning along a section of the renowned Tarka Trail, you even get to run through a tunnel! This is a moderately flat run with three small hills.
A chip timed race – race numbers with timing chips and information will be posted to runners
All finishers will receive a medal plus race memento. The medals will be unique to each race - run all three of our races and your medals will stack together! Our 2018 medals will be a different colour to those in 2016 and 2017. The 10 Miler is the third and final race in the series.
Prizes in all categories.
