Possibly the fastest 10 Miler in Devon!
The course is a combination of road and track taking runners along Instow seafront with its magnificent views of the Taw and Torridge estuary into Yelland and returning along a section of the renowned Tarka Trail, you even get to run through a tunnel! This is a moderately flat run with three small hills.
A chip timed race – race numbers with timing chips and information will be posted to runners
All finishers will receive a medal plus race memento. All our races in 2016 will offer a medal (as well as a race memento), the medals will be unique to each race; however if you run all three of our races and collect all three medals they will stack together to form one extra special medal, the 10 Miler is the third and final medal in the series. Prizes in all categories.

We regret that the course is unsuitable for wheelchairs. No dogs, pushchairs or walkers permitted. Competitors must be over 17 years of age to run a 10 mile race. Entry fees are non-refundable.
