Bideford 10k 2016
15 May 2016
The Bideford 10k is a popular run between Bideford and Instow
The course is a combination of road and track taking in some of Torridge’s outstanding beauty, including a section of the renowned Tarka Trail. This is a moderately flat run with two small hills and should prove to be both challenging and a good opportunity for runners to achieve a fast time!!
A chip timed race – race numbers with timing chips and information will be posted to runners, (please note: entries made on or after Friday 6 May will need to collect numbers on the day)
All finishers will receive a medal plus race memento. All our races in 2016 will offer a medal (as well as a race memento), the medals will be unique to each race; however if you run all three of our races and collect all three medals they will stack together to form one extra special medal, the 10k is the second medal in the series. Prizes in all categories.
